Become a volunteer

Volunteers run our Nature Center. The center is not open if we have no volunteer for a scheduled shift. Consider becoming a volunteer to help us remain open during our intended hours. All you need is a friendly smile, a pleasant attitude, and an appreciation for Turkey Creek Sanctuary. If you're interested in becoming a Volunteer at the Nature Center, complete the Online Application below or come to the Nature Center during our open hours. One of our Volunteers can help you fill out the form.

ONLINE APPLICATION

1. The minimum age to volunteer is 18. There is no maximum age!
2. To complete and submit your application online, follow the process below:
3. Download, edit, and complete the Palm Bay Volunteer Service Corps (PBVSC) application.
4. Scan (if filled out by hand) and save it on your computer to upload through our website.
5. Fill out the Turkey Creek Sanctuary Volunteer Information Request Form to submit your completed PBVSC application and your schedule and interests to the Park and the Nature Center staff.

**Must have a valid Driver's License or State ID and be able to pass a background check.**
