The bike trails at Turkey Creek are located across the creek, east of the main Sanctuary. To access these trails, drive east on Pt. Malabar Blvd about 3/4 of a mile to Briar Creek Road, and turn right. There are two entrances to the trails along the right side of Briar Creek Road. One is our Kayak Launch entrance, and the other is another 1/2 mile down Briar Creek Road.
These dirt trails are more suited to intermediate-level.
Malabar Scrub Sanctuary is a Brevard County Environmentally Endangered Land property, (EEL). It borders the left side of Briar Creek Road and has numerous dirt trails. There are two places to access these trails along the left side of Briar Creek Road. These trails are more suited to beginning trail riders.
This paved trail group includes the Boundry Canal Trail, Al Tuttle Trail and paved access to Malabar Community Park. Drive east about 3/4 of a mile on Pt. Malabar Blvd. The paved trail entrance is on the right side of Pt. Malabar Blvd, about 100 feet past Briar Creek Road. Parking is very limited.
